1. Service Description

BuiltLocal.studio provides website creation, hosting, and management services for local businesses. We generate preview websites using publicly available business information and offer paid subscriptions for live hosting.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your site will go offline at the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Content Ownership

You own the content you provide (business information, photos, text). The website templates, design, and platform infrastructure remain the property of BuiltLocal.studio.

4. Custom Domains

Domains registered through our Pro plan are registered on your behalf. Domain ownership transfers may be requested by contacting support.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to distribute harmful content, or to misrepresent your business information.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuiltLocal.studio is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
